Safety features for the new Nissan Titan include intelligent driver front airbag, intelligent passenger front airbag with occupant sensors, height adjustable front seat belts with pre tensioners for driver, height adjustable front seat belts with pre tensioners for passenger and front seat belts for center. You will also find two active height adjustable front head restraints, a low tire pressure indicator, vehicle speed proportional power steering, rear seat belts for driver, rear seat belts for passenger, 3 point rear seat belts for center and a rear view mirror. Last but not least for safety features, you can find front and rear curtain airbags, front side airbag, tilt steering, tachometer and a ventilation system.

The Titan now comes with new handling features. Some of these new feature include ABS brake assist system, ventilated four wheel disc brakes, electronic brake distribution and electronic traction control. Also you will find a space saver spare tire with steel rim, vehicle dynamic control and independent front wishbone suspension with stabilizer bar and coil springs with rigid rear beam suspension with leaf springs. Performance features included in the Titan consist of a 5.6 liter V8 DOHC with variable valve timing and four valves per cylinder and gets 317 horsepower at 5,200 rpm and 385 lb ft of torque at 3,400 rpm. The Titan comes with a 28 gallon fuel tank, takes unleaded fuel and comes with a multi point fuel injection system. Estimated fuel mileage for the Titan is set at 13 mpg in the city and 18 mpg on the highway
