Like most vehicles found at Infiniti Dealership Westborough, the 2010 Kia Optima comes with a long line of safety features.  Six airbags, active head restraints, electronic stability control, traction control and brake assist all come standard.  It also comes with a lot of extras.  They include; adjustable upper belt (front), advanced airbag feature, trunk release, four-wheel ABS, side airbag (front), tire pressure monitor, child seat lower anchorage, energy management feature and head airbag (front).  Satellite radio, steering wheel mounted audio controls and key-less entry are standard.  More advanced features such as navigation system and Bluetooth capability are available as well.

There were a few reviewers that were impressed with this vehicle and some of things they liked the most were, the lengthy powertrain warranty, they thought the well built cabin was impressive for the cost of the vehicle and the sticker price beats most competitors.   Some of the gripes that reviewers had was that the available V6 is one of the weakest in it’s class and that the braking and steering wasn’t up to par.  There are good things about this vehicle and there are bad things, but all in all it is a nice safe car and it would be perfect for the first time driver.
