Toyota Dealership Bastrop is now carrying the all new, 2011 Toyota Camry Hybrid. It was ranked number 12 out of 18 Affordable Midsize Cars. The hybrid comes with a 2.4-liter four cylinder engine that can generate 147 horsepower and 138 pound feet of torque along with a supplementary electric motor that can generate a combined output totaling 187 horsepower. The Camry has also received high remarks about its continuously variable transmission. The Camry Hybrid gets 31/35 mpg city/highway and once drivers learn how to keep the hybrid in electric mode, it should be able to travel up to 20 miles on battery power alone.

Another Affordable Midsize Car to check out, would be the 2011 Hyundai Sonata, which can be purchased at Hyundai Dealer Maryland. It was ranked number 2. The Sonata comes with a 4 cylinder engine that creates 198 horsepower. That is more than any other four cylinder in it’s class.
Hyundai has given the Sonata a pretty nice protection package. It consists of five years or 60,000 mile basic warranty and a ten year or 100,000 mile powertrain warranty. Roadside assistance is included throughout the warranty period. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration gave the Sonata five stars for protecting both driver and front passenger in frontal impact crashes and five stars for protecting both front and rear seat passengers in side impact crashes. They also received four stars for the ability to prevent a rollover.
Hyundai has also installed a long list of safety features into the Sonata. Some of them include; passenger front airbags, torso-protecting side impact airbags for the front seats and full length head protecting side curtain airbags for both rows of seating. This vehicle also comes standard with four-wheel anti-lock disk brakes with electronic brakeforce distribution as well as stability and traction control.
